I agree with the previous post. This company was absolutely terrible. Things started off well - I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The tech showed up on time. However, he told me that we simply had a loose/stripped screw on our water heater. He had already fixed it, but said they had a $225 minimum charge. For a LOOSE SCREW? What a rip-off. Talk about taking advantage of customers. If they ever start a Worst of Marin, these guys would have my vote.
