My husband and I went in for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday Feb 23, 2011. We were greeted and seated and immediately received beverage service. Great start, right? That's where it ended. No one else ever came to our table. We waited 15-20 minutes then just left cash for the wine, and left. On the way out, I stopped by the hostess stand, where there were 3 hostesses, to explain why we were leaving. I said, ""We are leaving because no one came to take our order. We left cash for the wine."" All 3 of them just looked at me, said nothing, looked around, then back at me. I said, ""OK, goodbye."" And then one asked, ""Where were you sitting?"" I pointed to our table which was the first on the right immediately behing the hostess stand and that was it. None of them apologized or even seemed to understand the situation. Very frustrating. But, I'm sure the Saltgrass GM could care less because they turn and burn.
