AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Placed an order for PREMIUM dozen roses a week before Valentines day. They called me to confirm the security code on my card that night and said we were all set. On Feb 14th nothing showed up --- I called them, they didnt call back. I called again an hour later, they said they would call back when they researched my order. They didnt call back. I had to call a 3rd time and thats when they told me they couldnt find the order!! I have a confirmation number from the website - how can you not find that??? TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Poor English skills -- maybe thats the problem -- I'm on my way to get a refund now (they had no problem deducting the $102 from my account last week). I would NEVER use these people again. My girl didn't get her delivery on Valentines day (even though I placed the order a week ahead of time). She was disapointed - I was humilated !!! Poor customer service - completly disorganised - badly run business. I would NEVER buy from here again. NEVER!!! \r \r ***UPDATE** 2/18\r on 2/17 the owner called me to express her sympathy for the problem that occured. She seemed to understand the position I was in with my girl because of the 'no show' of flowers on V-day and took the measure to send the 12 long stems roses to her today (free of charge) with a lovely note. If I take a chance on this store again, I will be dealing with Karen herself only. I was not impressed with the lack of call-back from Kelly and other assistant. \r This owner did the very best she could to make up for a failure. My girl (and myself) appreciated what Karen did today. \r more
