I have worked with this company repeatedly over the past few years, and have never had anything but the best interactions with their service representatives.
I admit that it can be frustrating to sit on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes providing answers to their questions...only to have them tell you that you ""are not a fit"" but the reality is that - as with every other marketing research company - they have customers that they have to please. If they provide a survey response from a participant who does not actually qualify, I imagine that they don't get paid...
And while I concur that I would have been frustrated to have been sent home with $25, that money still would have been more than I went there with...
So, the snacks, the coffee, and the greeters always add up to an A+ experience for me...
What can I say? I'm a fan!!
