Resentment is a potent Cocktail of financial envy my bar business has risen even as other bar’s stagnated or fell. I am professionally trained to keep a watchful eye on my business system to ensure that the basic feature’s of a legitimate bar business remains in good operating order. (I have not betrayed my calling.) I’ve been paying salaries/income for the past 23 yrs. My employee’s benefit from my business they have been able to pay their mortgages/rent/education bills. My employee’s exercise their responsibility to the general good of my business to make it part of a stable, sensible and prudent mechanism that generates business and has not lost touch with their responsibility to be honorable and decent people serving in this profession. Committed and determined to a single and sole goal of maintaining the well being of our customers and the people in the community. That said it is a challenge to explain how a business so solidly a part of the community for so long and recognized so thoroughly by so many thoughtful people. These myths have not been ignored.
