My first visit was a five-star experience. She was very thorough, asked good questions and had a good bedside manner. I left there informed and enthusiastic about fixing my skin issues. My second appointment was more rushed. She seemed to have a lot on her mind. Dr. Britz is moody. She's also very competent.
