When I first entered the office was very chic and clean. Stark difference from previous repair shops i been to. Clean not dirty. Personable staff for the most part and the guy who handled my file was very patient in going through every detail done to my C350. My dealership recommended them to me as their choice body shop and when i got my car back I understand why.
