Marcio was our service technician. He was on time, expalined what he was going to do, showed us before and after pictures, and followed through on our service. I can definitely tell a difference in the cleanliness of the air coming out of our vents. The previous people had cats, and he scrubbed/sucked out the hair, dander, and construciton debris from years ago in the ducts. Ductworks did a great job.
