I should have known from all the communication issues from the very beginning that this was not going to be a solid B2B relationship. After the initial conversation (in which they initiated), I failed to receive a confirmation email and a receipt as promised. I called back and left messages. About 3 messages later (about a week), my call was finally returned. Their excuse was that they wrote my phone number down wrong. OK, well they initiated this sale with a call to me, so they had the correct number. Then, when I asked about my receipts, they said that they wrote down my email address incorrectly. Now, the major issue (or scam) is that they withdrew an extra $100 from my bank account and admitted that it was a mistake and they would credit it back to me right away. A total of $173 was supposed to be credited back to me and I have not received anything (it's been over a month). They now will not return my calls or emails and I'm out $173.
