Had the infamous ""white dot"" problem on my Samsung TV. After contacting Samsung they reactivated my warranty for 30 days and they had WV Electronics come out and fix the problem. Will from WV called me within 10 minutes of my getting off the phone with Samsung to set up the repair. They ordered the part and Ira from WV came out to fix it when the part came in. Just watching Ira work you could tell he really knew what he was doing. My total experience with WV has been outstanding in every respect. Seriously. If I ever have another problem with my Samsung TV, I'm definitely calling WV Electronics. They are the best!
