The bagels aren't bad, but I don't understand how you can call yourself Brooklyn bagels and not have egg bagels. No self respecting NY bagel joint would leave egg bagels off the menu. The bagels are pretty small too. If you're going to use 'Brooklyn' to sell your bagels, you really need to live up to the name.
