I visited this braiding salon three ocassions. The first was ok one of the workers Ms. Mary braided my hair. The second time I went back the owner Mrs. Grace braided my hair and that experience was ok. The last time I went was about three weeks ago for a touch up was not a good experience at all. Another worker did my touch up and by the time I left there at about 5am I was livid. One reason the owner left with the two workers working on me and my daughters hair. One on the workers asked her for her assistance so that everyone could leave. The owner refused to help her workers and stood there in the salon and argued with the workers for about an hour for asking her to assist her so that her customers who come first can get home and prepare for work in a few short hours. I was not happy with that experience and in the future I hope the name of this braiding salon stands up and really put customers first.
