I heard about Elle A Cooking from one of my co-workers that took a cooking class there. Wanting to expand my cooking skills, I took a class there on French cooking and it was a wonderful experience. The chef is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot while preparing a three course French meal. Everything we made was delicious. In addition, I was introduced to new ingredients that I may not have discovered on my own.
Make sure to bring a camera to take photos of the ingredients and food. There was plenty of street parking.
