I was totally disappointed with our visit. 1. we arrived early, and went to the Bar, no problem; however, when the hostess came for us for our table 2. The table was not even ready for us, all she had to do was look at it, that took five minutes for it to be cleared and re-set, while we stood there, no offer for a drink or anything, we just stood there!. 3. It took 10 min till we saw our server. 4. Lobster tail was on the daily menu, but when our server took our order he told us there was none, you should have removed it from the menu, or the person who seated us should have told us when they gave us the menu. 5. I ordered a wine flight, it was delivered to the wrong table. 6. It took 30 min for our appetizer, the manager on duty was aware and apologized and eventually took it off our menu, but our total visit was soured by now. For the reputation and awards you have received, during our visit, you would not have known it. more
