My husband and I just moved to Colorado and since we got her we've heard nothing but great things about Carrabba's, so we thought we'd try it for an early Valentine's dinner. Our waiter was Alex and he was very good! I ordered a side of green beans and after ordering a manager came to our table to let me know they were out of green beans and offered another option. I didn't think anything of it really and ordered the other option. During our meal Alex came to our table to apologize and offer us a complimentary dessert for the mix up. To be honest, the steak I ordered was so incredible I barely touched the vegatables, which were pretty tastey too. At the end of our meal the manager brought us the most amazing chocolate dessert and apologized again. I was very impressed with the lengths they went to to ensure we'd be returning customers, and we definitely will be! It was a wonderful dinner!
