What a deal and great hospitality!! My wife and I live in Reno and often go to the lake for weekends. This is such a great little find that I almost hesitate to write the review... (Our little secret) From the moment that we walked in the office door we were greated with big smiles and the most graceous managers that we have ever met. Lee and Marika are awsome!! they worked with us to get the room that we wanted and were always available if we needed anything. The room was spotless and the view was amazing. I highly recommend paying extra for the tower room. With this level of service and commitment to their hotel I doubt that we will ever stay anywhere else!!
