I just had Sunbury Supply Co come over to look at my Heat Pump that had iced on the edge. While I was expecting a few hundred dollar bill, I did not expect a merely $700 invoice. The guy replaced a Carrier defrost board for $400 when I found the exact same board online for $75 - $200. This is unbelievable. In addition, he charged me fees that he just could not explain. I paid $68 for the guy to show up at my house; an additional $69 for him to defrost the heat pump coil (aka - hosed down the unit with water); $57 for him to inspect the unit (I am confused on how this fee is different or similar to the $68 for him to show up at my door). Never again would I call them; nor do I recommend them.
