When I tried to order wooden poles for my drapes, they had some with fancy filials on the end. I ordered 3 for 3 windows, but it turned out, just the pole-ends came; you had to order the filials in addition to plain wooden poles. Also, you had to order braces to sit the poles on, but NONE of this was explained when I ordered. The site should automatically coach you to get braces, etc when you order wooden poles.
