Ordered my shades on 01/14/11 and received them today, 02/01/11...amazing speed. Had ordered 2 more but changed my mind...no problem..they returned my $ right away. The shades are made of bautiful fabric and perfect workmanship. The measuments are amazingly precise. Installation is so easy that they don't even send instructions but I called and asked anyway just to be sure...lol...very happy and will tell the world!
