I had to call AAA on Stefko Blvd. two times to talk to Jackie, the travel agent. Twice I was connected to her answering machine, over a two day period. She never returned my call, and four days later, I am still waiting. AAA is a waste of my time. As I just renewed my membership, I am going to try and get my money back. There is no reason for someone not to return your calls, while you wait for four days.
