I am a BM in my friends wedding and we got a great dress but they were a Total nightmare with measurements. I know this ""custom"" business can be different but she measured me over the sample dress, which was a 6 and i was for better or worse already in it, and she recommended a 12. How can you keep a straight face m'dear? Well, I ordered the 8, which is by all accounts my standard size, and given that i nearly fit in the 6 and could use a little room.... anyway, the 8 fits like a glove. My advice? Don't let them bully you with their ""measurements"" it's a load of crap.
