We ordered a kid's grilled cheese sandwich for our young daughter. Fortunately she pulled the top piece of bread off before she bit into it. There was a 1"" grey metal bolt sunk into the melted cheese between the 2 pieces of bread. No idea how a piece of hardware got into the sandwich and no idea how the cook could have missed something that big in the sandwich. Fortunately she didn't bite into that part of the sandwich. Needless to say the rest of the meal was ruined, and we will never eat there again.
