We have yet to have a hassle-free experience with them. They've charged us ridiculous fees (e.g. charging for a service call that had to happen because they switched our appointment and forgot to prime the tank when they came to fill) and are consistently rude when speaking on the phone. They consistently charge the top market rate as well. If you have them, SWITCH. If you don't, RUN.
