The staff was very professional and friendly. Christy at the front did a great job helping me understand my insurance coverage, and Crystal (my dental hygienist) gave me some great pointers that I hadn't been told by previous dentists and hygienists. Dr. Roane was also very professional and friendly, and he took the time to talk with me about my teeth and my TMJ. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through my appointment time at all.
What impressed me most was that I felt like I was being treated like one of their own family members. Very impressive :)
