i wouldn't have minded that the cab that was supposed to pick me up at 5:45 AM for my flight from philadelphia airport was late. But the dispatcher (after being on hold for 5 minutes) flat out lied to me. ""He'll be there in 5 minutes sir"". me: ""are you sure, I have a plane to catch"". Dispatch: ""yes, I'm sure"".
