I don't know how you can screw up stone crabs.
All they have to do is take out of the refrig/freezer.
They were not well cracked. The shells are very thick and they gave me a cracker used for king crab which has softer shells.
I have been eating stone crabs for 20 years and these were by far the worst I have ever had. I know better than to send food back (I don't like spit in my food), but I could not get into them, they smashed them up so bad there were shells in the crab meat. The mustard sauce was honey mustard dressing. They seated a party at a table the pigeons had been on and served food without even wiping the table. I paid $41 for three smashed claws and imitation mustard sauce.
There are lots better restaurants in they Keys. I have been going down there for over 20 years. Fortunately for me I had never eaten there and never will again.
YUCK!!!!!!!!
