When contacting Roto-Rooter I didn't no what to expect ie: customer service, pricing, etc. When technician#50-51 Sherwin serviced my home he was very friendly, passionate, and had great patience. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone dealing with plumbing issues and I would demand they ask for techinican Sherwin.
