The plumber that was dispatched from Queens NY had 38 yrs experience. He was able to find my cesspool cover (saving me $400 for not needing a camera), pumped out the pool and now the downstairs toilet is working perfectly after other companies made me waste my money with chemicals and jet rodding. I will definately recommend to ALL my neighbors
