I found Depew on the frigidaire website when I did a search for service for my dishwasher. I have passed them on Burnet road several times, so the name was familiar. They answered on the second ring and the man was very friendly. He said he would be able to send a repairman out this afternoon! Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call. The repairman was on his way. An hour later, the repair work was done (just a clog) and he was long gone. My dishwasher is running as I type this.
