I went to this practice as a new patient. I thought I might have mastitis, based on information I read on the internet. Not even focusing on the rude staff or the fact that I had to wait for 45 minutes, the main problem is that the midwife I saw DID NOT EVEN EXAM ME! I told her my symptoms, and that I suspected I had mastitis based on the internet & she just prescribed me antibiotics. She NEVER touched my breast to exam it!! I think this is malpractice. What if I had an abscess or god forbid something even more serious? How can someone prescribe medication without doing an exam???? This place is terrible and I would never, ever go back!
