I have been to places where the stylest doesn't talk to me until I'm sitting in the chair with wet hair. This has never happened at Nuovo! I am greeted by the person doing the service, offered coffee or tea and when the service is over they walk me to the front desk. Also, the shampoo experience is the best! They make you feel welcome and appreciated in a professional manner. The salon is exciting and upbeat.
