My 6 year old had to have 2 baby teeth pulled because the permanent ones were coming through. Dr. Ullrich was super friendly and put her at ease (she had to get a shot). I appreciated that he didn't rush, answered her questions and chatted with her to make her feel comfortable. I also liked that when he stepped out for a minute, he told her that he was making a call to the Tooth Fairy - made my daughter's day that he knew the Tooth Fairy!
