I had two vehicles sericed, my 2007 Chrysler Sebring (rear brakes) and my wife's 2008 Ford Edge (rear brakes). I was pleased with the service in both cases. My wife told me that when her car came home, the seat was soiled and teh floor mat on the driver's side of teh car had marks from greasy shoes or boots, so she was a little annoyed with that.
