So here is how it all started. One week ago my toilet backed up and it flooded my entire bedroom and hallway. On the floor I had one silk rug and one white flokati rug that got completely soaked with nasty toilet water. Anyways, they picked up my rugs the same day and within 48 hours they brought back my rugs not only visibly cleaner but dry and with a nice scent. I'm very happy I found this company online.
