I would have given this place 5 stars, but the customer service was not great. I went in ready to get a tattoo, but no one greeted me. It was as if I was not even there. I finally asked about getting a tattoo and they just said to wait. They boast about good customer service, but there is no customer service at all. Of course, I was there for a tattoo, not a friendly face.
The artist was great. Bonnie had a lot of experience and it shows. She did what we wanted and was VERY straight forward about everything.
Bonnie is my go-to girl for a tattoo and I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested.
