Michelle is great with color and cut!! It would be nice if it was standard procedure to put more than one towel on the hard surface you have to lay your neck on. I've asked for them before but feel like I'm bothering them by continuing to ask. I have a herniated disc in my neck, so it would be nice to be asked each time if I need more than one towel. I think your clients would feel pampered or thought to be special if this was standard procedure. A printout/receipt would be nice to have each visit too. The processes can be very confusing and the price is always somewhat different but I don't get a printout and I'm not even asked if I would like one, so it would be another nice inexpensive way to treat your customers special and maybe to include suggestions for whatever processes are needed at the next appt..
