I will never use Whipple again! After having three appointments canceled and rescheduled the ?technician? finally came to do my furnace tune up. He then convinced me that he couldn?t do the job due to my ducts being extremely dirty and informed me that many of the duct lines where damaged and needed repair. So, reluctantly I agreed to this extra work (since my house is really old-it could hurt to upgrade a few things, but probably not necessary). Called to schedule and the ignorant receptionist claimed to understand and booked the job, a week later the same ?technician? showed up and asked me what needed to be done. Really, how stupid are you??? The work you recommended is what needs to be done. Well he then reschedules me again and shows up with the ?installation manager? who confirms the same thing. Once again, I schedule to have the ducts clean and the duct lines repaired. Finally, the day comes and the duct cleaners come and the dumb ass technician scheduled it for the wrong day. These people are truly idiots. Don?t ever use them, even if you have the ?OOPS we mess up cash"
