Everything with Disaster Cleanup Services was really great, until the end. I know that towards the end, they attempted to call me so they could return to finish the job. Unfortunately, they didn't call the right number, I have no idea what number they called, or where they left the message, so I wasn't able to be there to let them into my parents house. They just sat there knocking. It was critical for me to know when they could come out so I could be there since my parents are elderly and it would have been nice to know. That is the only negative thing I have to say about the experience. Everything turned out to be okay, luckily there was somebody there to let them in to finish.
