didn't have heat or hot water , call gold medal as my prior experience with them was exceptional (they had installed a hot water heater. this time techniciam Juan arrived exactly on time (my appt was for 8:30A). when i greeted him at the door he immediately put on the plastic shoe covers , which never happens with any other repairman that i have called usually i have to tell them. \r
Juan recognized the problem, provided me with a detail price quote and began to work on it quickly . \r
Additonally there were two other parts that were not functioning properly becuase of the initial issue . He explained in detail each problem with detail on why and how each part failed. Juan quickly resolve those problems. \r
Juan worked quickly , and the workmanship was exceptional. He was a Professional throughout the whole process. Lastly he cleaned -up everything before leaving. \r
This is the only the second time i have used Gold Medal and the serrvice was exceptional on each occasion. I will not hesitate to call them first for all my plumbing and heating repairs
