we were involved in an accident with our van. After notifying our local
State Farm Office (Jenison, MI) we were assisted by Jackie Weeber and her
staff. After a few days we received at letter from SF. A short time later we
received a phone call from the Claim Representative. All in all, we were
very impressed with your service. Everyone was kind, considerate, and
professional. Everything was explained in detail and any questions answered
with utmost courtesy. We were very happy with the settlement. Thanks again
