We took 2 cars into this Meineke. The first car needed the brakes fixed. I noticed when I got home that the emergency brake did not work anymore. They forgot to reconnect the cable. I had to bring it back to them to fix it. They did not seem at all concerned about this dangerous mistake. \r
The 2nd car needed an oil change. It was a brand new car and this was the very first oil change. The next day my car started to make a knocking noise. After some investigation, I noticed that they put way too much oil it. Their mistake voided my warrantee and again, they did not seem to care at all about this mistake. In short, they endangered the lives of my family and cost me a lot of money. Do not go here!
