My husband and I are regular customers of Hiro Sushi Express at Washington Ave., South Beach. We ordered our favorite routine of sushi but we we're curious of their new "sake" in gray bottle because the cashier said It is little sweet . WE DIDN'T LIKE THE "SAKE", It's not sweet at all. The chinese owner instruct the cashier not to refund our money and pushed us to pay. Very nasty and rude customer service we received from these people.
