I can't speak to how the product works yet because it was just installed today, but I can say I've never had better customer service anywhere. My brother put the system in for me and called Aero-Stream during installation to ask questions and was helped immediately. I had to return extra tubing that I purchased and didn't end up needing and they refunded my card immediately. So nice to do business with people who are so helpful, and so rare in this day and age.
