I went to them to remove my small freckles spots on my face. And I did disclose that my skin burns easy under the sun. So they used a laser on me and the burned the freckles away. But I did have concerns how my skin will react. So I suggested to the Nurse if we can wait until the one she already did will come out. Next visit we scheduled it first thing in the morning 9 am. We were early at the Boutique and are waiting outside. As soon as they open we went in. The lady said is it ok to come back at 1 pm instead. We travelled almost 30 mins to get there. We insisted to be seen. So we waited another 1.5 hrs. Finally the Nurse shows up. And she looked at my treatment results and she was alarmed that my face was scarring. They ordered a special ointment to lighten it. And 4 visits later we are still dealing with the scars. My last visit the owner was on my case and asking if I paid a multiple visit in front of the other customers. I said I'm not sure. He said I only have one more visit and they will be done with me? How about the scars they created? I answered the owner in front of their customers and said exactly what happened. I saw some of the customers was concerned what they heard from me. I know if they don't correct it I will be seeing them in court. Some of my clients are asking what happened to my face. I have this bruise on the left of my face. Hopefully it goes away.
