Always on time and all the office personnel and techs are great. We have dealt wit them over 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. When our old unit went out their salesman came to our house...gave us several options to choose from...followed up after installation to make sure it was running properly..found us financing we could afford...now we can brag our home is the most efficent home in the area. In fact today we were scheduled for serviceand Linda called to say she had a tech available...two hours earlier than expected. Shaun Nelson arrived and put on his booties and got to work..love this company...and their staff.
