I frankly don't understand why this place would receive good reviews. I had an appt for a facial at 9:00 AM, and showed up about 15 minutes early (as most people do for that type of service to relax beforehand). The salon was closed until 9:05 when they finally opened up their doors. I went to check-in at the front and the receptionist game me a blank look...no greeting, no apology. The service itself was very average and the atmosphere was a bit dingy. Save your $ and go elsewhere!!!
