As we are getting things ready to have a NEW YEAR'S EVE party in INDIANAPOLIS ( to welcome in the New Year0. It quickly came to a screeching halt, When I seen water all over my restroom floor. We only have one restroom in our house and I started to panic. That's when we notice it was our toilet overflowing, THANK GOODNESS no one had used the restroom. With no success with the plunger we knew we had to call in the PROFESSIONALS. With no hesitation we called ROTO-ROOTER,
WHAT IMPRESSED ME WAS HOW QUICK THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE. THE LADY WHO HELPED ME HAD GREAT CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BUT! IT DID NOT STOP THERE. THEY DISPATCHED A TECHNICIAN RIGHT AWAY AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN 30MIN. THEIR SERVICE TECHS, GREETED ME AND SHOWED ME HOW MUCH THEY CARED ABOUT MY SITUATION. WITHIN 5-10 MINS, THEY WERE DONE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!
