My plumber, Carey David, arrived on time, reviewed all the items that needed repairing, took the time to thoroughly answer each of my questions, and promptly completed all the repairs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. Most importantly, I felt like he was completely honest with me. I will definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing again, and I'll ask for Carey - he's top notch!
