From the outset Cyril was a gem! He was very knowledgable about cross-country moving and how not to be taken advantage of by ""brokers."" He led me to the government website for ""protectyourmove.gov"" and allowed me to learn for myself regarding not only Oasis' credentials but also the other companies that were contacting. He was extremely helpful and spent upwards of an hour on the phone with me working on my itemization of my move, and I had quite a bit of things to move. When Javier and Ceasar arrived on my move date, Javier was up front about pricing, weight-limit exceeding, and excess cubic footage. He and Ceasar worked tirelessly padding all of my furniture and antiques in order to pack them ideally. Even though I had grossly underestimated my overall cubic feet/poundage, I still felt that I had recieved the best service out there. I have been extremely pleased with my service so far and know that when my delivery date arrives, I will not be disappointed.
