The owner of the Des Moines location required a cash deposit when I scheduled my appointment. On the day of the appointment, HE was a NO CALL NO SHOW.
He fails to respond to my requests for a refund, and when I happened to catch him as he was leaving the Des Moines shop, he told me he didn't have the cash to refund my deposit.
DO NOT EVEN THINK about this place for tattoo work. Regardless of whatever artistic talent he may have, the owner is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Other review sites have similar horror stories about this, and I only wish I'd seen them before I handed him my money. (Author's note: I have now also made similar reviews as this one on those other sites, too)
I wish it were possible to give negative star ratings.
